You are in the middle of a sprint and the customer wants to bring in new changes. As a Scrum Master what would he do ?

The Scrum Master should always welcome change even late in development cycle. And he should work with the Product Owner, the business and the development team to make the changes possible.

There are two types of changes to look out for – small story changes and large changes. For small changes – one or two stories can be added into the running sprint by taking out equal sized story(ies) out and for large changes the Scrum Master and the Product Owner could look at the option of cancelling the current sprint followed by replanning.

Suggested  In traditional project planning it is the project manager’s job to come up with a project plan and dictate it to the team. The project manager had tools that let him measure how well the team followed her plan and strict processes to enforce to make changes to it whereas in agile projects the development team discusses among themselves and come up with a plan that they commit to.
